Take Interstate 85 to Exit 149 (Commerce - Banks Crossing Hwy 441)

Go south on Highway 441 toward Commerce / Athens

At the United Community Bank, take the right turn lane on to Homer Road (Highway 15 / Old Highway 441).

In about 300 yards take the turn lane to the right onto Hospital Road.
